Customer Review – OLAX MF985 After a disappointing first experience with OLAX, I decided to give them a second chance by ordering the MF985 model. Unfortunately, the problem persists: the battery doesn't charge properly, and the device stops working as soon as Wi-Fi is activated. This renders the product unusable under normal circumstances. I would like to emphasize that customer service is responsive and courteous, which deserves recognition. However, despite their efforts, I was unable to obtain a full refund or a lasting solution. This is regrettable, especially after two attempts. I share this opinion objectively: if you are looking for a reliable router, I recommend carefully checking customer reviews before making a purchase. Personally, I will not be giving them a third chance.
